An archaeological survey of the Tábor castle between 1993-1994

After 1989 was raffish castle passed to the private ownership (f.Portfolio Praha a.s.). And in connection with planned retrieval of this memory was done a big-areal archaeological survay on the unbuilded areas of the brewer in 1993-1994 (2500m2). Thereat it was won the basic view of a historical development and the shape of a medieval castle. The final evaluation of the poznatek was not possible to finish because of inaccessibleness of one of the significvant areas - Renaissance malt house building. It was supposed that there can be found the last corner fortification element - the castle cylindrical tower.
